Delivery within Bahrain is BHD 1.000, and it is completely free on orders over BHD 15.000. The delivery fee is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

If you prefer to pay on delivery, you can pay the driver in cash or by BenefitPay. Cash on Delivery includes a BHD 1.000 service fee.

Yes — every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers, with genuine batch codes and expiry dates printed on the packaging. We never sell imitations or refilled products.

Because skincare and cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will replace the item or arrange a refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it or adjust it for you. Once it is on its way we are no longer able to change it.

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and we will keep you updated as your order is prepared and sent out. You can also check the status any time in your account, in your email, or by messaging us on WhatsApp.

A simple rule is to go from the lightest texture to the richest: cleanser, then toner, then serum or treatment, then eye cream, then moisturizer. In the morning, sunscreen always comes last.

Introduce one new active at a time and give your skin two to three weeks to adjust before adding another. Strong actives such as retinol and exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA) are best used on alternate nights rather than layered together, and daily sunscreen is essential while using them.

Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity — a bedroom shelf is better than a bathroom windowsill. Close lids tightly after use, and follow the period-after-opening symbol on the packaging (for example 6M or 12M).

Yes — the price you see on the product page is the final price. The only additions at checkout are the delivery fee and, if you choose Cash on Delivery, the BHD 1.000 service fee.
